Gasson reasoned that with implanted technology the separation between man and machine can become theoretical because the technology can be perceived by the human as being a part of their body. Because of this development in our understanding of what constitutes our body and its boundaries he became credited as being the first human infected by a computer virus”.

Indeed, the national risk of the future of digital workplace takeover by external forces is not limited to the teaching, greater part of engineering, legal, aviation, agricultural and other critical Professions but to those of Human resources management, physical security, policy makers, leadership, etc. Engaging the emerging monumental challenges dictates that unless we retool the education and entire national workforce, massively invest in the Software engineering, enthrone e-Government and knowledge workforce capacity building, we may be further surprised with a sudden eclipse of our efforts to deliver sustainable development. Education, Health, digital and Environmental infrastructure remains non-negotiable strategic imperatives.
